Rajasthan Election 2022: Godhra Assembly Seat

In 2017, 11 candidates were contesting for Godhra assembly constituency seat. Godhra was one of 99 seats won by the Bharatiya Janata Party. It was an extremely close competition, with Bharatiya Janata Party's C. K. Raulji narrowly winning the election defeating Indian National Congress's Parmar Rajendrasinh Balvantsinh (LALABHAI) by a vary little margin of 258 votes.

96.0% of the total votes were casted to top three candidates. Bharatiya Janata Party's C. K. Raulji got a total of 75,149 votes, while Indian National Congress's Parmar Rajendrasinh Balvantsinh (LALABHAI) secured 74,891 votes. Independent candidate Parmar Jashvantsinh Salamsinh grabbed the third spot with 18,856 votes. The top three parties got 42.7%, 42.6% and 10.7% respectively.
