Telangana Election: Gariadhar Assembly Constituency 2022
In 2017, 12 candidates were contesting for Gariadhar assembly constituency seat. Gariadhar was one of 99 seats won by the Bharatiya Janata Party. It was a close contest with Bharatiya Janata Party's Nakrani Keshubhai Hirjibhai winning the election upstaging Indian National Congress's Kheni Pareshbhai Manjibhai by a margin of just 1,876 votes.
88.9% of the total votes were casted to top two candidates. Bharatiya Janata Party's Nakrani Keshubhai Hirjibhai got a total of 50,635 votes, while Indian National Congress's Kheni Pareshbhai Manjibhai got 48,759 votes. Gujarat Jan Chetna Party's candidate Chavada Manubhai Parsottambhai grabbed 6,645 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties secured 45.3%, 43.6% and 5.9% respectively.
In Gujarat Assembly election 2012, Bharatiya Janata Party's Keshubhai Hirjibhai Nakrani beat Indian National Congress's Mangukiya Babubhai Mavajibhai by 16,028 votes.
