Jesse Eisenberg is blown away by 'incredible' Batman v Superman

Production has wrapped on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and star Jesse Eisenberg, who plays Superman's arch-nemesis Lex Luthor has revealed details about the shoot. The actor called the set an 'intimate' affair and not the blockbuster everyone expects.

Now that production has wrapped on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, new details from the shoot are emerging. Actor Jesse Eisenberg has described the set as intimate.

Eisenberg is set to join the DC Comics Universe for the first time next year as he takes on the role of Lex Luthor for the first time in Dawn of Justice.

The movie sees the actor work with director Zack Snyder for the first time and he reveals that he felt like he was on an 'intimate movie set' and not a huge blockbuster, reported Collider.



"The environment on the set is one of respect and intimacy and allows the actors to do what actors do well even in the context of this huge and larger scope."

is the sequel to Man of Steel and Eisenberg is one of some great new faces that are joining the cast - Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, and Jason Momoa are also on board as Batman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman.

Henry Cavill will reprise the role of Superman, while Amy Adams and Diane Lane are also returning as Lois Lane and Martha Kent.

The film is set for a March, 2016 release.
