Mumbai’s Most Stylish 2013 winner Priyanka Chopra talks to Hindustan Times about fashion, her style, an icon she looks up to and much more.
How would you define her style quotient?
Very versatile! Be it the sexy Indian sari, a gorgeous fitted gown or the grungy rock star look, she can carry off anything with aplomb.
When did she identify her particular style?
It has evolved over the years. When Dostana (2008) came out, people copied her look, but then she moved on to a more chic look. I think her strong point would be the ‘edgy chic’ look.
One outfit that never fails her?
Bodycon dresses.
One outfit she’d never agree to wear?
She should never go for the grandma style.
Who is her favourite style icon?
Priyanka is someone who always sets trends but never follows them.
