Shahid-Mira to Taapsee: Bollywood stars slay at Lakme Fashion Week Summer/ Resort 2018

It’s that time of the year again — when Bollywood celebs and fashion influencers flock to Lakme Fashion Week Summer/ Resort to preview next season’s trends. From actor Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput walking arm-in-arm for designer Anita Dongre, to actor Taapsee Pannu’s impeccable ramp walk, here are some of the most stylish celebrity sightings from the fashion week, so far.

The first day of Lakme Fashion Week Summer/ Resort 2018 turned out to be a date night for one of Bollywood’s most stylish and in-sync duos, actor Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput.

The couple was adorably affectionate — hugging and laughing — and looked perfectly relaxed as they walked arm-in-arm in designer Anita Dongre’s collection, titled Songs of Summer, at ITC Grand Central Hotel, Mumbai on Wednesday, which closed Day 1 of the fashion week.

The picture-perfect couple stole the spotlight in their coordinated head-to-toe white looks — Shahid walked the ramp in an ivory sherwani with matching trousers, Mira was seriously stunning in an ivory floral lehenga with a pale blue and pink print. She paired her look with a diamond and pearl choker, as well as romantic white blooms in her hair.

Even as Shahid and Mira were the ultimate in couple goals thanks to their insanely beautiful wedding-ready looks, many Bollywood celebrities and fashion influencers flocked to Lakme Fashion Week Summer/ Resort 2018 to preview next season’s trends.
