Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson shared the first look at the new Baywatch squad on Instagram, but there’s a glaring Priyanka Chopra-sized hole in the picture. She’s nowhere to be seen.
The picture is reminiscent of the classic Baywatch cast images, which have characters running in slow motion on the beach, posing like they are just about to run in slow motion on the beach, or simply chilling in the sand with the intention of running in slow motion on the beach sometime later. We also get a good look at the new costumes - which look incredible, by the way, but they aren’t as racy as the original.
“Are we badass? Yes. Do we save lives? All day,” Dwayne Johnson captioned the photo on his Instagram.
We see cast members Jon Bass, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera and Zac Efron. But then again, where’s Priyanka Chopra?

The Rock’s introductory post built Priyanka up as a really formidable villain. So, just maybe, her absence from this image of the ‘good guys’ is understandable.
Baywatch is directed by Seth Gordon, and slated for release on May 19, 2017.
