Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) convenor Abhijeet Dipke was booked along with others in Maharashtra's Latur for allegedly entering a government school without permission. A First Information Report (FIR) was registered against Dipke, party worker Ajinkya Shinde and other CJP workers at Ausa police station.
They have been accused of disrupting official work and threatening teachers at ZP Urdu school at Jawali near Ausa, a city in Latur district.

The FIR was registered after a teacher at a Zilla Parishad Urdu school, Sayyed Shamshadbano Khairatali (53), filed a complaint.
What are the charges against Dipke
Dipke and the others have been booked under BNS sections 132 (Assault or use of criminal force to deter a public servant from discharging their official duty), 329(3) (house trespass), 351(2) (criminal intimidation) and 356(2) (criminal defamation).

{{/usCountry}}According to the FIR, Dipke and his associates have been accused of entering the school premises without permission from the authorities. They reportedly sat with students and raised questions about the conditions of the school. The complaint alleged that they were causing obstruction to educational and government work.

The CJP leader also recorded videos of their visit and interaction with students and posted it on social media, the complaint said.
Dipke allegedly tried to defame the ZP Urdu school as he claimed that students from another school were brought and made to sit in the classrooms during his visit. He also threatened to get the teachers suspended, it alleged.
School Thik Karo Campaign
The Cockroach Janta Party members have been visiting government-run schools, under their 'School Thik Karo' campaign, which was launched on the country's Independence Day, August 15.
The programme, which seeks to reform education and amenities in government schools across the country, was started from Dipke's native village in Hingoli. Since then the CJP members have visited several schools in different states, while also facing opposition in some.
A CJP team was allegedly attacked by the people while visiting a government school in Jaipur's Rampura Kanwarpura on Friday.
In Mumbai, the civic education department has barred volunteers of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) from entering municipal schools without permission.
