Outrage over Telangana phone tapping after cops’ confessions

The Special Intelligence Bureau (SIB) of the Telangana Police tapped mobile phones of around 1,200 people, including political leaders, social activists, members of student organisations, business people, judges, lawyers and journalists during the previous Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) regime headed by K Chandrasekhar Rao, a suspended deputy superintendent of police has confessed to the police.
