Budget session highlights: Parliament adjourned till tomorrow

The second half of the Parliament budget session has resumed. Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget of Jammu and Kashmir on the first day, the opposition is raising a number of issues including unemployment, Russia-Ukraine crisis. The session is set to conclude on April 8.
