Karnal Police arrested Ravinder, brother of ex-minister and senior Congress leader Meena Mandal. Ravinder, a proclaimed offender in a 2009 case, had allegedly taken Rs 5 lakh to assure job to the son of the complainant when Mandal was a minister.
