The Claridges has been around since the 1950s, and even after its makeover after its management passed into the hands of arms dealer Suresh Nanda, the faux jungle décor of this outdoor restaurant (complete with machans, streams with bridges and recorded animal sounds) and its wholesome tandoori menu have been left untouched. Rightly so. Even the vegetarian tandoori items are memorable. The Tandoori Kathal in particular.
