Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and deputy CM Manish Sasodia have accused the officers from the NCT of Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar Islands of behaving like the BJP’s ‘B team’ and said that the strike by the IAS officers is a deliberate attempt to derail the Odd-Even scheme.
