After the Narada sting controversy, Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Mukul Roy said on Tuesday that no party leader has accepted money for personal gains.

“The sting operation had shown people taking money. Mamata Banerjee said an investigation will be done at the party level. I want to say it with great responsibility that those whom you are seeing, none of them have taken money for their own interest or personal gains,” Roy said at a meeting here.

“Let there be investigation, it will be proved,” he said.
Later, in a statement, Roy said “Doctored/manufactured, we still don’t know. I know my colleagues for long. They are not the kind who would take money for personal gains.”
