Two passenger trains collided on Thursday morning at the station yard in Allahabad. However, there were no injuries as the trains were dead slow.

The freak accident occurred around 8:45 pm, when the Chauri Chaura Express from Bihar and the Bareilly-Mughal Sarai passenger ran into each other just short of the platform. One of the trains slipped off the rails, said RK Gupta, divisional railway manager.
