The police in Indore on Sunday claimed to be on the verge of solving the murder mystery of Kavita Raina.

Kavita Raina, a resident of Mitra Bandhu Nagar under Kanadia police station limit, was murdered and her chopped-up body was dumped in a nullah near Teen Imli, and was discovered on August 26.
The family of the victim’s husband was recently quizzed by the police, including her mother-in-law, who was questioned for around four hours in the case.
Inching closer to wrapping up the case, the police are now focussing on consolidating evidence after some important clues and key eyewitness came forward on Saturday.
The statements of the suspects will also be cross-verified, in addition to thorough examination of the cellphone records and tower locations of suspects at the time of murder.
