Do face exercises work? Could you suggest some?

Studies suggest that regular face exercises do help achieve fuller upper and lower cheeks with firm skin.
Face exercises you should do:
• Fish face: Suck in your cheeks and pucker your lips like a fish. Hold for 10 seconds to lose fat from the cheeks.
• Plump cheeks: Smile as widely as you can, press your fingertips into the folds between your lips and your cheeks. Hold for 10 seconds to help you gain plump, round cheeks.
• Gua sha: This is a skin care tool to firm your skin. Use it on your face in upward motions to drain out puffiness and tighten your skin.
