Mumbai police arrest bizman with 8kg of Mephedrone, factory busted in Pune
Mumbai city news: The businessman runs a chemical factory in Pune, which was raided on Wednesday.
The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) arrested a businessman from Mankhurd for allegedly possessing 8kg of mephedrone (MD) or Meow Meow drugs, worth Rs1.60 crore.

Deputy commissioner of police (ANC) Shivdeep Lande had received information about Harischandra Nanasahed Dorge, 52, an alleged drug manufacturer and supplier. After working for 45 days, a team led by senior inspector Santosh Bhalekar arrested Dorge from Mankhurd around 11.45pm on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Dorge’s licensed chemical factory at Kurkumbh in Pune was raided and around six chemicals were found manufactured there.
The sources said that Dorge had a Masters degree in chemistry and manufactured the drugs. He had been running the factory for five years. An FIR has been lodged and he has been remanded in police custody by a Sessions court till May 3.
