The US mag Working Mother is out with its list of most powerful mothers. And topping the list are Beyonce and Adele with a host of other celebrity moms.

The US magazine, Working Mother, is out with its list of most powerful mothers. And topping the list are singers Beyonce and Adele along with a host of other celebrity moms such as country singer Carrie Underwood, actor Viola Davis and Oscar-winner Cate Blanchett.

Beyonce, mother to daughter Blue, four, is celebrated for her savvy as a businesswoman; she earned an estimated USD 250 million in 2015, according to Forbes Magazine. She recently made a big splash in the leisure market in partnership with Topshop, her latest venture, Ivy Park.

Meanwhile Adele, who returned to music after a three year hiatus, broke records with new release 25, the best-selling album of 2015, which has solely been credited with boosting global music business revenues for the first time in almost 20 years.

Adele returned to music after a three year hiatus and broke records with new release 25, the best-selling album of 2015.

The mother to son Angelo, three, shared in a recent interview with Vogue magazine, that her son is the most fulfilling part of her life.
