It cannot get bigger and better than this. Bela Seshe, one of the most critically acclaimed and successful Bengali films of the year, has even won the heart of actor Amitabh Bachchan. On Saturday, Big B took to Twitter and praised the film, which has been directed by Shiboprosad Mukhopadhyay and Nandita Roy. The film had a nationwide release on June 26.

"BELASESHE .. the film Bengali with sub titles .. its simplicity grabs you by the heart and converts you into a human .. !!," Bachchan posted on Twitter.

Sujoy Ghosh, who had earlier worked with Bachchan on Aladin (2009), replied to Big B's Twitter post and wrote that Bachchan should do Bela Seshe in Hindi. In response, Bachchan replied that many have already suggested him that he should do the Hindi version of Bela Seshe with his actor wife Jaya. If reports are to be believed, Bachchan and Ghosh will be seen work together again in a thriller. Interestingly Bachchan conversed with Ghosh on Twitter in Bengali.

Meanwhile, Shiboprosad is overwhelmed after Bachchan's tweeted about the film. The director also thanked the Piku actor on the social networking site and wrote, "Thank u for the compliment, sir! U watching our film is a dream come true!"

"I am speechless. I had sent a copy of the film to Mr Bachchan. I am grateful to him for watching the film and coming up with such a beautiful analysis on Twitter," says Mukhopadhyay, who is presently in Delhi, with Nandita Roy and Swatilekha Sengupta.

A special screening of the film was also held in Mumbai recently, which was attended by yesteryear stars Asha Parekh and Waheeda Rehman.

Ask Mukhopadhyay who would he love to see if the film gets made in Hindi, and he says, "Now, I can only think of two actors - Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya di." The filmmaker also informs that Bela Seshe is going houseful in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore on Sunday.

Arijit Dutta, owner of Priya Cinema, where Bela Seshe is still running houseful, also posted his comments on Bachchan's Tweet on Sunday. "Kono Kotha Hobe na !!!!! Senior Bacchan tweeting after seeing ?#?Belasheshe? ...... he was overwhelmed !!! ..... and we are overwhelmed !!!! THINK WE ALL NEED TO SEE IT ONCE MORE," he tweeted.
