Gone are the days when weddings were defined by shy brides and grooms and their friends and family doing the ‘baarati’ dance.
Meet the Malayali couple who is breaking stereotypes with their super-cool wedding video.
Actor-model Ashwathy Warrier and Abilash Unnikrishnan’s wedding saw their family and friends come together to make it memorable in a unique way.
“When the entire family and friends came together and decided to rock our wedding and make it ultra cool.. A special music video was the result of all this madness and fun (sic),” Warrier wrote on her Facebook page.
From the choreography to direction, the music video looks straight out of a movie. And the best part is that the entire wedding party, both young and old, can be seen lip-syncing to the catchy ‘I’m Mallu’ song.
Produced by SDS Studio, the video has garnered more than 87,000 views on YouTube and more than 1.3 million views on Facebook.
“That’s the best wedding video I have seen,” a social media user commented.
