RX 100 is the upcoming small budget film starring Kartikeya and directed by a debutante, Ajay Bhupathi. The title is borrowed from the name of the popular Yamaha bike of the 70s. The trailer of this film was released online recently and has received some glowing response from the fraternity and fans. The movie centres around a love story, which leads to violence. In the trailer he says, “I won’t leave this town until I get what I want.” And what he wants is his lover back.
The violence comes from the face-off between the girl’s father and the boyfriend and from the looks of it, caste might play a huge role in the film.
The bike plays an important part in the film. It is a part of the protagonist’s grand plans as he wants to rescue his girlfriend, and is a part of their romance.
