While these are undoubtedly beneficial, two remarkable centenarians have revealed an entirely different perspective—one you might never expect. In a recent interview, they shared that their secret to longevity isn’t rooted in food or fitness but in embracing life to the fullest. According to them, the key lies in finding joy, reading books, and nurturing a happy social life.
