A woman has shared a glimpse of what it feels like to live on the 31st floor of a high-rise, describing how the sweeping city views, quiet surroundings and peaceful work-from-home days made her emotionally attached to the house.

Taking to Instagram, Falguni Gupta posted a video documenting her experience of living high above the city and explained that the view was one of the main reasons she initially chose the apartment.
‘I was completely obsessed with the view’
"So, what does living on the 31st floor look and feel like? Let me tell you. Honestly, I rented this house on the 31st floor mainly because of the view. I wanted to enjoy the city lights from above, see the clouds, and experience that beautiful high-rise view," Gupta said.
She added that the experience lived up to her expectations, particularly at night. "And it really does have all of that. The city lights look incredible, especially at night, and I was completely obsessed with the view. But now, I feel emotionally attached to it. I know I have to leave this house and move out, but I genuinely don't feel like going."

"I am going to miss this place, especially my work-from-home days when I would sit on the balcony with the cool breeze, sometimes with the rain falling outside, while working and attending meetings. I would have my tea and breakfast there too, enjoying everything peacefully from the balcony," she said.
‘I finally understand the hype’
Another advantage, according to Gupta, was being far removed from the noise of the streets below.
"Another thing I love is that you can barely hear the traffic from down below. There is no noise, no disturbance, nothing. You can simply live in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Honestly, life on the 31st floor is something else. I finally understand the hype," she added.
The video was shared with the caption, "31 floors above the city… and somehow, a little closer to peace."
