Salman Khan and Bigg Boss are ready to take over your evenings as the show begins on September 16. Salman Khan returned in a new Bigg Boss 12 promo on Saturday, giving us an idea of the ‘vichitra jodis’ we should expect in the house this year.

While Bigg Boss has changed its format, introducing jodis inside the house, they will not all be couples. By getting saas-bahu to work colleagues to siblings in the house, the makers are trying to spice up the reality show’s format.

The list of probable contestants is already being discussed with names such as newlyweds Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar, TV couple Dipika Kakkar and Shoaib Ibrahim, Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina, Scarlett M Rose and comedian Ssumier Pasricha in the reckoning.

There will be a total of 21 contestants, which will be divided in seven couples and a few individuals too. SpotboyE.com reported that the commoners list could include two gay partners, a saas-bahu jodi, twin sisters, a sex worker, a bar dancer, and a transgender.
