Sana, who is coming on the show as a wildcard entrant, is thrilled at the prospect. “Dancing on JDJ won’t be work, but fun,” says Sana.

Ask if she thinks Karan might be biased towards her, given their long association and she says, “Karan is my lucky mascot. Both KKHH and SOTY worked very well for me. This is my first reality show and I know Karan so well that I will be slightly less nervous performing in front of him. He makes me feel comfortable. Karan is a critic and will scrutinise my act even more as he knows me better.”

The young actor is also happy to perform in front Karan’s co-judge Remo D’Souza. The latter was the choreographer on SOTY.
