Popular television show Gangaa is set for its second time leap, in line with what has now become a predictable trend in serials.

Ruhana Khanna, who portrayed Gangaa’s childhood on the small screen, will be back with the time leap as the character’s daughter. She will make a grand entry on Janmashtami.

Gangaa, a show about a child widow and her fight against the society for dignity, had its first time leap when they showed the lead character - Gangaa - as a grown-up woman. This time around, Gangaa gives birth to a daughter.

Ruhana Khanna, who portrayed Gangaa’s childhood on the small screen, will be back with the time leap as the character’s daughter. She will make a grand entry on Janmashtami.
