#IndoPacific #SoutheastAsia #philippines The Indo-Pacific has become the world’s most contested theatre and Southeast Asia is right at its center. As China expands its military footprint, Western powers are responding with a surge of defence deals, base access agreements, and arms diplomacy. From the U.S. expanding its presence in the Philippines, to Sweden and France selling advanced jets and radars, the region has turned into a marketplace of military partnerships.
