Amid Midterm Setbacks, Marco Rubio Says Americans Owe Trump 'Deep Gratitude' Over Iran War

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio defended President Donald Trump's military campaign against Iran during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Palm Beach, Florida. Rubio criticised previous US administrations for failing to confront Tehran's alleged nuclear threat and praised Trump for taking action. "He did it for you," Rubio declared, arguing that Americans owe the president a deep sense of gratitude. His remarks came after major Republican losses in the US midterm elections, amid growing political pressure over the Iran conflict.
