Andhra Train Crash: As Toll Rises To 14, What Caused India’s 2nd Deadliest Rail Tragedy Of 2023

At least 14 people have been killed so far in the Andhra Pradesh train accident, becoming the second deadliest rail tragedy in India this year. Multiple reports say that human error was the possbile cause of the devastating train crash. East Coast Railway said that overshooting of a signal resulted in the train accident. Earlier this year, more than 290 people were killed in the Balasore triple-train crash in Odisha.
