Bulgaria is investigating another fire at an EMCO weapons depot as suspicions of sabotage return to NATO's eastern flank. EMCO owner Emilian Gebrev survived a 2015 poisoning attempt, while Bulgarian prosecutors previously linked Russian operatives to attacks involving depots holding munitions destined for Ukraine and Georgia.
