‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ milestone under Modi govt; $400 bn exports target achieved

- For the first time ever, India has achieved export targets of $400 billion. The highest ever goods export target was achieved nine days ahead of the March 31 deadline. Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed India's success and asserted that this is a key milestone in India's 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat' journey. In 2018-19, the outbound shipments had touched a record of USD 330.07 billion. In a tweet the Prime Minister congratulated the farmers, weavers, MSMEs, manufacturers, exporters for this success.
