The U.S. recently postponed an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile test launch. The order by U.S Defence Secretary marked the second delay for the Minuteman III test. The decision came amid Chinese military drills near Taiwan, after Pelosi's departure. Officials said, test deferment 'the right to do', must avoid escalation of tensions. Earlier, a test was called off in March; in a bid to quell tensions with Russia.
