Biden Official Humiliates Pakistan Over Attacks On Religious Minorities, Blasphemy Laws | Watch

A Biden official named & shamed Pakistan over a mob lynching a tourist over alleged blasphemy. Mohammad Ismail, a tourist staying at a hotel in Madyan town, became the target of locals who accused him of blasphemy. Police officers reportedly took Ismail to the station to safeguard him, but a growing mob pursued them. The mob proceeded to storm the station, seize Ismail, brutally assault him to death, and subsequently set fire to his body, leaving it abandoned on the road. U.S. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said Washington opposes blasphemy laws everywhere in the world, including in Pakistan. Miller added that the U.S. engages with our Pakistani counterparts on issues of human rights, including religious freedom and the treatment of religious minorities.
