Biden snubs Zelensky amid war; Won't send U.S. rockets that can strike Russia

- As Russia advances in Ukraine's Donbas after Mariupol, Volodymyr Zelensky has stepped up requests to the West for long-range weapons. But in a big snub to the Ukrainian President, U.S. President Joe Biden said he would not send rocket systems to Ukraine that could hit targets well inside Russian territory. Russia had warned in advance that supply of any powerful weapon to Ukraine by the West would mean crossing a red line.
