Biden Unveils New Israeli Proposal For Permanent Ceasefire, Rebuilding Gaza; ‘Time To End War…’

United States President Joe Biden on May 31 revealed a new Israeli proposal that he said could bring a permanent ceasefire and end all hostilities. Biden unveiled the three-phase plan that includes an initial six-week ceasefire during which some hostages would be returned and Israeli troops would vacate populated areas in Gaza.
