The man, who identified himself as Kapil Gujjar, said he belonged to the Dallupura area. The man was overpowered by locals and handed over to the police. The incident comes after a student was injured when a teenager fired at protesters in the Jamia area. The Delhi police had faced considerable flak over the incident.
