Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov is reportedly suffering from acute pancreatic necrosis. The disease can cause organ failure and can also lead to death. Reports claim Kadyrov was diagnosed with the condition in January, 2019. Kremlin has reportedly started working on a succession plan and is considering Major Gen.
