China has issued a sharp warning to Washington after the arrest of Venezuela’s president during a U.S. operation in Caracas. Beijing demanded the immediate release of Nicolas Maduro and his wife, calling the move a clear violation of international law. As Caracas declared a national emergency, China pushed for urgent UN Security Council talks and vowed support for Venezuela regardless of political shifts.
