Shocking footage from Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr district shows a government hospital for women being turned into a marriage hall, leaving patients at the mercy of mere attendants.

“There were no doctors to attend the patients who were waiting for assistance,” said a hospital attendant.

The incident took place during the marriage ceremony of daughter of one of the hospital staff members which was conducted inside the hospital premises on February 28. Till now, there has been no word from state health ministry.
