‘1,044 black fungus cases in Delhi, 89 deaths so far’: Satyendar Jain

- Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has said that 89 people have died in Delhi due to Black Fungus, while the active cases stand at 863. ‘There have been a total of 1,044 black fungus cases in Delhi so far. The state has recorded 92 recoveries from the infection and 89 related deaths. The number of active black fungus cases stands at 863,’ Jain informed. He also added that the Covid toll in the capital has come down considerably but urged people to continue to maintain basic preventive steps like wearing masks, sanitizing hands and maintaining social distancing.
