Delhi: How widespread is Delta variant in 2nd wave? Health minister reveals

- Delhi’s health minister Satyendar Jain revealed that the Delta variant was found in over 80% of samples sent for genome sequencing. The health minister said that Delhi’s wave was driven mostly by the Delta variant. Delhi on Tuesday registered 52 new Covid-19 cases and 45 recoveries. A day before, Delhi recorded 39 new cases. Positivity rate in the capital has been below 1%, as per health department. Watch the full video for more details.
