Deepika Padukone on mental health in the times of Covid-19

In the latest edition, actor Deepika Padukone and Anna Chandy, chairperson of The Live Love Laugh Foundation spoke on coping with stress and anxiety in the times of Covid-19 crisis. Deepika said that cooking, cleaning, exercising and connecting with friends and family helped her during this period. Anna Chandy also spoke on the need to seek help if people feel anxious and shared tips for young people to deal with stress.
