The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) workers continued their protest in Delhi's Geeta Colony area against non-payment of dues on Thursday. They carried out a “corpse procession” on the roads and demanded their salaries while raising slogans against the AAP Government. Till now, several protests have been lodged following the showdown between the AAP Government and the BJP-led municipal corporations over funding of salaries. Meanwhile, the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced Rs 551 crores as loan to MCD on Wednesday.
