Dubai in flames: Iran strikes CIA headquarters, payback for Khamenei assassination begins now?

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said it is carrying out a sixth wave of retaliatory missile-and-drone attacks after the U.S.–Israel strikes on Iran, claiming it targeted 27 U.S. bases across the region and struck multiple high-value sites in Israel including Tel Nof airbase and the HaKirya military headquarters in Tel Aviv. The U.S. Central Command, however, issued a “fact check” saying there were no reported U.S. casualties and that damage to U.S. installations was minimal and did not affect operations, underscoring the information-war element surrounding the conflict. Meanwhile, Bloomberg reporting has warned that the duration and intensity of Iran’s missile campaign could quickly strain interceptor stockpiles across the U.S., Israel and Gulf partners.
