Watch:PM Modi, Union ministers at mega BJP meet to discuss UP, other state polls

- The BJP's national executive meeting is underway at NDMC Convention Centre in New Delhi. PM Narendra Modi and BJP chief JP Nadda to address the five-hour-long executive meeting. Meeting to deliberate upon upcoming assembly polls in five states, including Uttar Pradesh. BJP's national executive meeting is being held for the first time since Covid outbreak last year. Party's national office-bearers, executive members from Delhi, Union ministers are physically present. CMs and national executive members from BJP-ruled states are virtually attending the meeting. At the venue, musicians from across the country played traditional instruments to greet leaders. PM Modi while entering the venue met women, who were in their traditional Chhath attire. The women sang songs praising the Sun god, they also performed puja and other rituals. Chhath will be performed in eastern parts of poll-bound UP, Bihar, Jharkhand on November 10.
