Watch: PM Modi on Nandigram battle; counters CM Mamata’s ‘outsider’ jibe

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at West Bengal Chief Minister during a public meeting in Uluberia region of the state. PM Modi accused Mamata Banerjee of ruining the state and said her government only believes in cut money and syndicate. PM Modi also added that voters in Nandigram have already sealed her fate in today’s polling and asked whether rumours of her contesting from another safe seat as well are true. PM Modi also lashed out at the Chief Minister for her ‘outsider’ jibe at BJP leaders and asked how any Indian can be an outsider in West Bengal. The second phase of voting was held in Bengal today.
