Rajiv Gandhi award for Salman

Salman Khan may have more than one criminal case against him, but as far the state Congress is concerned, he's still a winner. The state honoured the actor with the Rajiv Gandhi award for outstanding achievement in entertainment for this year. Salman shared the stage with Kapil Dev and the flavour of the season Shilpa Shetty. The award has been handed just a week before Salman could go to jail for poaching on a chinkara near Jodhpur.
