A sensational report has exposed the European Union's arms aid "lie" to Ukraine. The EU can no longer give weapons to Ukraine from their stockpiles without endangering their own security, Politico reported, citing a European official. The report said that after 18 months of intense combat, European stockpiles are running dry. The report comes after the EU's foreign policy chief said the bloc will arm Kiev even without the U.S.
