Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana addressed a rare, joint conference of CMs of States & Chief Justices of High Courts at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi, which was also attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He highlighted how governments have been disobeying courts.
