Himachal Cloudburst: Flash Floods Fury Kills 11, 50 Missing; CM Pleads To Gods Amid Destruction

Nearly a dozen people have died and more than 50 remain missing after flash floods caused by a cloudburst wreaked havoc in Himachal Pradesh. DDMA said that over 60 houses were washed away and several villages have been affected. Three Himachal districts of Shimla, Mandi, and Kullu are the worst hit. Watch the video for details.
